$75,000 over one year towards the cost of two in-depth studies required for the project and to offset the cost of a functional office for one year. One study will assess impact of the project on the Heritage designation of the site, and the other will assess traffic and parking issues.

$15,000 over one year ($10,000 to support Festival marketing and equipement) and $5,000 conditional on organizational development.

$16,000 over one year toward Thinking Globally in the Local Classroom: A Youth Outreach Program, a global education program for senior high-school classes that includes documentary film and a speaker series.

Yet Keen Seniors' Day Centre
$24,000 over two years aims at providing outreach support for Chinese speaking elderly who cannot communicate in English or French, allowing them to carry out their day-to-day life with appropriate access to services and programs.
