$70,200 over one year to purchase new equipment, banquet and kitchen facilities, stage sets and systems as well as two new heating and air conditioning units in order to attract new members and customers.

The Friends of Crysler's Farm
$75,000 over three years to consolidate and expand the Battle of Crysler's Farm Military Heritage Weekend, a two-day event which involves hundreds of volunteer historical reenactments, showcases the talents of local artisans and heritage groups and attracts tourists to the area.

The Glengarry Highland Games
$13,500 over one year to expand programming of the Highland Games to include new activities such as Gaelic language workshops, men's and women's heavyweight competitions, and sheep dog demonstrations.

The Ottawa Art Gallery
$190,000 over three years to create a Public Information Centre that will improve community access to the Gallery's exhibits, enable the Gallery to reach out to sectors and groups not currently served and increase community awareness of its initiatives.

The Pembroke Waterfront Project
$23,800 over five months to re-naturalize the waterfront and develop interpretive displays along the boardwalk, the campus and the amphitheater.

$150,000 over three years to provide operational support to Leadership Ottawa so that each year between 25 and 30 dedicated volunteers will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and implement high impact community projects in Ottawa.

$20,000 over one year for production, technical and marketing support to allow additional concerts and theatrical performances to be presented to the local community at the Weave Shed Arts Centre in Cornwall.

West Carleton Wolverines Football Club
$23,000 over one year to create a new Bantam level football team for teenagers and to purchase or upgrade playing and training equipment for the Pee Wee and Mosquito football teams.
