Smiles were in bloom in Ottawa when members of the Ontario Horticultural Association (OHA) learned that they had received a three-year $229,000 grant from the Foundation. The Hon. Madeleine Meilleur, MPP (Ottawa-Vanier), and Gisèle Richer, OTF Board of Directors, presented Judy Lewis, OHA President, with a plaque from the Foundation at OHA's Annual General Meeting celebrating their 100th Anniversary. The grant will be used to help OHA continue to grow by hiring a development officer to further develop their capacity and increase volunteer and membership numbers.
